We keep the reservation through e-mail eight (8) days. The confirm of the booking has to be fixed with a deposit of the thirty per cent (30%) of the total amount due for the residence during the previous fixed period.

When the account will be deposited there would be sent a confirmation of the deposit and the reservation. The rest of the due sum (the 70 %) has to be paid at the arrival.
The price and the condition of payment can have some variations it would depend of the number of the apartments and the length of the permanence.

The day of the arrival it has to be deposited an equivalent sum of 100 € as a deposit for eventual damages.
The day of your arrival the apartment would be at your disposition from the 14:00 pm. The day of your departure we have to leave the apartment at the 10:00 am.
